What Is The Standard Return Policy For C-Zone Products ?
Products sold by C-Zone Sdn Bhd are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated.
Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 7 days of the original invoice date for
exchange of the same product or an equivalent item in value or within one year of the original invoice date for
a repairs. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Because many companies offer
additional factory coverage, you should contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding eligibility
and specific Terms and Conditions.
Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 7 days of the invoice date if the packaging is
unopened and factory sealed. However, this can not be applied for Pre Specified or Pre-Booked Softwares.
Opened retail boxed software can only be returned for replacement if it is defective or damaged. You may exchange
defective software for an identical replacement by contacting C-Zone Customer Service and acquiring an RMA number.
No software returns will be accepted after 7 days. All OEM software including Operating Systems is non-refundable
once purchased. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it
is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License,
including responsibility for providing all end-user support. C-Zone is not responsible for system/software
incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are
encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum
system requirements, prior to purchase.
What is the return policy for CPUs? How does the CPU return policy work?
Retail CPUs
Refund period: Nil
Replacement period: 7 Days One To One Policy. 1 year 30-45 days from R.M.A Date
Additional CPU Warranty Terms
All defective and DOA CPUs will be replaced upon return from R.M.A.
CPU's returned from respective manufacturers might not be of the same as purchased and C-zone Sdn Bhd will not
be responsible for the discrepancies as we are only the medium.
Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to C-Zone Sdn Bhd, including physical damage due to improper
installation.
Announcing a CPU as defective and requesting a Refund will not be entertained, Defective CPUs will be replaced,
not refunded.
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper
clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged
and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling
and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into
position will not solve an installation problem and may result in applicable warranty coverage being voided.
Because Intel and AMD do not accept physically damaged processors, C-Zone Sdn Bhd will return any physically
damaged CPU back to you upon inspection.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd has the right to reject your claim if the product is no longer intact as per required. ( i.e
drivers, cables and necessary components needed to restock the item is missing or damaged ). Any purchased items
entitled for refunds would be of precisely 1 day upon invoice date. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be
applied on refunds based on the actual invoice which must be submitted for refunds.
Who provides the lifetime or extended warranty coverage mentioned in some C-Zone Sdn Bhd item
descriptions?
If a product is supported by a "Lifetime Warranty" or " Extended Warranty ", that product's warranty coverage
is provided by the manufacturer of the product. However C-Zone Sdn Bhd only offers a return policy for 1st year
from the date of invoice. Thus you will have to get in touch with it's own representatives for further R.M.A
Process
Does C-Zone Sdn Bhd Offer Any Money Back Gurantee?
C-Zone Sdn Bhd allows most products to be returned for a refund within 1 day of the invoice date. CPUs can only
be refunded if an RMA number is obtained within 1 day of the invoice date. Other exceptions may be noted on our
website. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds of non-defective products. Additional deductions will be
made for CPU or Memory products, depending on current market value.

specific revision or version numbers. Generally, our motto is to have the latest version or revision of
everything.
The price of an item I purchased has dropped before pick-up or immediately after purchase. Is it possible to
get a refund of the difference?
C-Zone Sdn Bhd does not offer any price guarantee, because industry prices change too often and too fast. If your
order has been placed, both parties must honor the sale/purchase agreement irregardless pricing fluctuates up or
down. All prices are as posted at the time of purchase.
What are the differences between the OEM and retail versions of a product?
Retail versions may come with additional accessories, retail packaging, bundled software and warranty coverage.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box and Brown Box versions include the product and sometimes the
drivers, but not much else. They are packaged generically and do not include software. OEM products are best-suited
for system builders who don't require documentation or bundled accessories.
