All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our
Customer / Technical Service Department.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to us. All original equipment, components,
manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for to process your RMA. An item
returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products
with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each
item. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Standard Return Policy

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy.
Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by C-Zone Sdn Bhd are covered by this Standard Return
Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 1 days of the original invoice
date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All
returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to
a 15% restocking fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer
of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

This is our Detailed Limited Non-Refundable 1 Yr Return Policy.
Products can be returned to unless stated otherwise within 1 Yr of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item through our standard
R.M.A process which will take 30-45 Days before returning it back to their own respective owners.

Processors (CPUs) Return Policy

Return for replacement within: 7 Days
This is our Detailed Processor (CPU) Return Policy.
Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to C-Zone Sdn Bhd. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper
clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically
damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to)
improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd Encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into
position will not solve an installation problem and may void your return policy.

Desktop PC, Notebook, and Tablet PC Return Policy
Return for refund within: non-refundable
Return for replacement within: 7 days (defective items only)
This is our Detailed Desktop PC, Notebook and Tablet PC Return Policy.
Under this policy all Desktop PCs/Notebooks/Tablet PCs are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return
policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Desktop PCs/Notebook/Tablet PC that is deemed defective may
be returned for a replacement within 7 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted. If a Desktop
PC/Notebook/Tablet PC is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC
will be returned at your (the buyer's) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop
PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you
indicate your agreement to this policy.

Consumable Items Return Policy

This is our Detailed Consumable Items Return Policy.
Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc.that are
consumed once they are used. Consumable Items can be returned within 7 days of the invoice date if and only if
the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging. These items are not eligible for RMA through
our R.M.A system.

Open-Box Items

This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd often sells items that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced
prices, C-Zone Sdn Bhd cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire
risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for
functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents.
Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or
C-Zone Sdn Bhd) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law.
These items are not covered by any guarantee.
If you purchase an Open-Box product you will receive an OEM BAREBONE item, meaning you will only receive the item
itself. Accessories are NOT INCLUDED with Open-Box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item
to function properly.

Software Return Policy
Return Retail Software for refund within: 7 days (must be unopened)
Return OEM Software for refund within: non-refundable
Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 7 days
This is our Detailed Software Return Policy.
Opened Retail or OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if
the returned software is defective or damaged.Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 7 days
of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed.However, this can not be applied for Pre
Specified or Pre-Booked Software’s.
OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only
and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with
the terms of the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify
software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for
answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

Manufacturer's Warranties

C-Zone Sdn Bhd does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through are covered
by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that
product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website; please
note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
Products such as printers, pc’s, notebooks and tablet pc must be returned directly to the product manufacturer
for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the
product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the
consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

LCD Dead-Pixel Policy
C-Zone Sdn Bhd Sells many products such as Notebooks and Monitors that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens.
C-Zone Sdn Bhd adheres to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to
declare any product with an LCD screen "defective" and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable
’s Return Policy, there must be a minimum of 5 (five) dead LCD pixels.

Combo Specials
Combo Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may
be returned for replacement within their applicable’s Return Policy Period. If a Combo item is returned for a
refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
(For example, if your combo discount was RM 5, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the RM 5 will
be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to after the product has been discontinued. If C-Zone Sdn Bhd no longer carries an
item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our
Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via telephone with two options: either can send you a comparable
replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value
refund may not exceed the original invoice price. However, current market value is stated in such is determined
by the Authorized Distributors or Manufacturers and C-Zone Sdn Bhd will deny any further claims beyond what is
instructed. Any Discrepancies or demand for a higher value other than specified must be brought forward to the
products own respective Authorized Distributors and Manufacturers.
